According to the Placement Result, the Appointment Process of Candidates Placed in Our University's Faculty of Dentistry

ACCORDING TO DUS PLACEMENT RESULT, THE APPOINTMENT PROCESS OF CANDIDATES PLACED IN OUR UNIVERSITY'S FACULTY OF DENTISTRY


The appointment processes of the appointed candidates will proceed as follows.

 

1.    Candidates must apply within 10 BUSINESS DAYS, starting one business day after the placement results are published by ÖSYM.
2.    Candidates who do not apply within 10 business days will lose their rights.
3.    Applications will be made to the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Dentistry.
4.    Applications must be made in person.
5.    Documents sent by mail will not be processed.
6.    An archive research will be conducted for candidates to be appointed openly.
7.    Candidates with a positive result from the archive research will have their appointment processed and notified.
8.    For candidates currently working in a public institution, the appointment will be made after obtaining consent from their institutions. They will start their specialization training by severing ties with their current institution.
9.    Those residing outside the duty location after the notification date must start work within 15 days after the notification date; those residing at the duty location must start work on the first business day following the notification date.

 

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM CANDIDATES


1.    Petition
2.    Diploma or temporary graduation certificates, (Original or certified copy sealed by public institutions)
3.    An approved copy of the equivalence certificate to be obtained from the Council of Higher Education for candidates who completed their education abroad.
4.    DUS Placement Result Document, (Barcode internet printout)
5.    Internet printout showing diploma and Ministry of Health registration numbers, to be obtained from E-government, (Candidates who do not have a record here or have missing diploma or registration numbers must contact their Provincial Health Directorates or directly the Ministry of Health to register their information.)
6.    Photocopy of identity card
7.    Residence and other address document, (Can be obtained from E-government)
8.    Military Status Document (Document showing discharge, deferred, or exempt status)
9.    Asset Declaration Form, 
10.    Biometric photograph in printed and digital format (usb/cd/e-mail) 
11.    Health report to be obtained from the Department of Mental Health and Diseases, specifically containing the expression "…… (Name of the branch) …..... Department of Main Science/ …………Department of Science can undertake specialization training." with the signature of the Mental Health and Diseases Physician,
12.    Criminal record, (Can be obtained from E-government)
13.    HİTAP Service Statement, (For those who have previously worked or are currently working in the public sector)
