Placement Process for Candidates Placed in Our University's Faculty of Dentistry According to Placement Results

APPOINTMENT PROCESS FOR CANDIDATES PLACED IN OUR UNIVERSITY'S FACULTY OF DENTISTRY ACCORDING TO DUS PLACEMENT RESULTS
The appointment processes of the appointed candidates will proceed as follows.
1. Candidates must apply within 10 WORKING DAYS, starting one business day after the placement results are published by ÖSYM.
2. Candidates who do not apply within 10 working days will lose their rights.
3. Applications will be made to the Dean's Office of the Faculty of Dentistry.
4. Applications must be made in person.
5. Documents sent by mail will not be processed.
6. An archive investigation will be conducted for candidates who will be appointed openly.
7. The appointment process will be carried out for candidates with a positive result from the archive investigation and will be notified to the individual.
8. For candidates currently working in a public institution, the appointment process will be carried out after obtaining consent from their institutions. They will terminate their relationship with the institution they are working at and start their specialization training.
9. Those residing outside the duty location after the notification date must start their duties within 15 days after the notification date; those residing at the duty location must start their duties on the first working day following the notification date.
DOCUMENTS REQUIRED FROM CANDIDATES
1. Application letter
2. Diploma or temporary graduation documents, (Original or a certified copy approved by public institutions)
3. An approved copy of the equivalency document to be obtained from the Higher Education Council for candidates who completed their education abroad.
4. DUS Placement Result Document, (Barcode internet output)
5. Internet output showing diploma and Ministry of Health registration numbers to be obtained through E-government, (Candidates who do not have a record here or are missing any of the diploma or registration numbers must contact their Provincial Health Directorates or directly the Ministry of Health to register their information.)
6. Photocopy of identity card
7. Residence and other address document, (Can be obtained through E-government)
8. Military Status Document (Document showing discharge, deferment, or exemption)
9. Asset Declaration Form,
10. Biometric photograph in printed and digital format (usb/cd/e-mail)
11. Health report signed by the Psychiatrist containing the statement "…… (Name of the branch) …..... Department of Basic Sciences/ ………… Department of Science can provide specialization training."
12. Criminal record, (Can be obtained through E-government)
13. HITAP Service Document, (For those who have previously worked in the public sector or are currently working)
